The How I Designed…Sketches
The sketch is packed by us and delivered to you in a Brown cardboard envelope with reinforced corners, 60% Recycled Recyclable and 100% recyclable, sent by Royal Mail, standard or tracked delivery.
UPDATE: JANUARY 2021
We recommend you choose Tracked delivery as the International Standard, due to Covid, is now taking six weeks to arrive by the International Standard delivery.
Timing
- As the sketches are all individually signed by Frank the delivery can be delayed due to Frank’s work commitments (he may be away on his design planet designing, speaking or filming) however they are normally processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Please let us know if you need it immediately.
Postage
- Your shopping costs will update in your basket once your address has been entered
Tracked delivery
- UK – 24 hours- Tracked 24 – next day delivery
- Europe 3 – 5 working days
- Worldwide delivery: 5 – 7 working days (longer in some countries and the Middle East and China will require a courier service on large packages).
- For the UK, EU, and the rest of the world, your tracking number is sent to you on the day of posting.
Standard delivery
- UK – Royal Mail 1st Class – aims to deliver the next working day
- International Standard
- Europe aim: 3-5 working days
- Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

The sketch is packed by us and delivered to you in a strong eco friendly triangular postal tube, sent by tracked Royal Mail or courier in the Middle East.
- As the sketches are all individually signed by Frank the delivery can be delayed due to Frank’s work commitments (he may be away on his design planet designing, speaking or filming) however they are normally processed within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The A3 size prints tracked shipping is free (anything over £200 is postage free) accept in the Middle East and China where a courier service is required which is £59. A tracking number will be sent to you on the day of posting
- The A4 size print of the Mini & the Bulldog details are as follows:

- UK: Tracked 24 – next day delivery
- Europe: 3 – 5 working days
- Worldwide delivery: 5 – 7 working days
